Rose pressed her hand firmly against her bleeding stab wound as she slumped against the wall, wings pressed against the rough stone at her back. She couldn’t rely on anyone. Not now. Everyone had left for the city to get supplies, and she hadn’t seen Jakkon in hours. No one was coming to save her. The Fae gasped in pain as the strange man advanced on her, long tail frisking along the floor as he grinned a mouthful of sharp teeth at her. “Well, well, well, what do we have here?”

“Fuck…off!” Rose gritted her teeth as she pulled her legs closer to her chest and braced herself against the wall, her breaths heavy and strained.

“Now, that’s not how we talk to a savior is it darling?” He took a step forward but just then, a tiny figure rammed into his legs, prompting the man to shout a string of curses as Pherun’s tiny horn nubs dug into his skin. 

“Leave her alone!” Pherun punched the wound he’d made, causing the man to cry out in pain. A kick cracked across Pherun’s jaw, sending the little boy to the floor with a scream. Rose reached out but couldn’t keep herself upright as Pherun braced himself against the floor, pained sobs shaking his body as blood dripped from his mouth onto the floor. But the man kicked him again, causing Pherun to scream a second time as a small white shape fell from his mouth and he coughed. 

“PHERUN! NO! GET OUT OF THERE! RUN!” Rose dragged herself forward with a wince, reaching for the young boy as the man turned back to her.

“Now you are a troublesome one.” He stalked over to her, grabbing a fistful of her hair and dragging her upward.

Rose gasped a wheezing breath as the man tilted his head to the side, raising his knife. “Ah, no matter, you’ll be dead soon any-”

But before he could finish, a loud crash accompanied by a yelp that almost instantly cut off shattered green glass everywhere. The man crumpled to the ground, his eyes rolling back into his head to reveal Jakkon, standing behind the man. The Satyr stumbled and glanced at Pherun with glazed-over eyes as Rose gasped. 

His gaze turned to her for a moment, and Rose only saw his curly hair fall into his face as he wordlessly grabbed the man by the neckline of his shirt, his face twisting into a scowl as he did so. and stabbed the remaining shard of the bottleneck straight into his throat once, blood splattering over his hands and sleeves before he cast the man to the ground, wavering on his feet for a moment.

“Jak!” Rose ignored the growing fuzz in her vision as Jakkon caught his balance, one of his bloodstained hands flying to his face to cover one of his eyes as Rose’s consciousness slipped away and she fell limp against the stone.

For TCOT you'd get a few scenes, a lot of progress updates, and I'd actually start getting back into EoW, you'd also get a ton of extra stuff. And if this gets enough votes, I may do a Character Q'nA because I'm bored

StF will get a bunch of Actual Scenes and for once, some actual character profiles, worldbuilding, ect.

J&R will all be hosted on @jakkon-and-rose-topic and have a few more scenes, some possible spoiler alerts, my plans for it as a series, and a ton of character dynamics and specific development to character Relationships we haven't explored yet

Then C4 will have me develop the stuff I do have written and show it to you. Actually make character profiles, maybe a map, and definitely some face claims I have for the characters because those are the most accurate face claims I have.

For @supercimi - (By order of Most Prominent and most worked on to least)

The Cursed One's Throne (TCOT) - Is my in-progress book series. It's Low fantasy, with high action, high sass, and some nice fluffy romance, but yeah... there's Violence. Quite a bit. No swearing, though! Hell or Damn is the worst it gets. (And yes, that is an accomplishment compared to my other 3 main WIPs)

Next is Jakkon & Rose (J&R - Has no actual title) - A High fantasy Plot-less story centered around the characters. Mostly around Jakkon (Jak) and Roselia (Rose) My favorite characters, who are not actually supposed to be the main characters. I'm just obsessed with them. It is WAY darker and more fucked up than TCOT. (LOTS of swears) I Have a Whole Side Blog for it @jakkon-and-rose-topic

Then Stereotypical Fantasy (StF) [ignore the shitty acronym, StF was better than SF] - Basically a Little kids show 'take down the evil overlord mr. chosen hero' but with excessive amounts of whump and violence. (Also light swearing) themes of trauma, just like TCOT and J&R) High Fantasy

FAVORITE Ship?

Eveny and Jakkon make me VERY emotional and I'm on a J&R High rn so I'm gonna go for it

Jakkon is a VERY traumatized Satyr

And Eveny is a kind, Lighthearted Fae/Fairy themed around Lilacs and The color Purple

Jak's love languages are Quality time to recieve, and Acts of Service to give

Evie's Love languages are The precice match of Jak's, Acts of service to help with and recieve, and Quality time to give

They met when A 16-year-old, beaten almost-to-death Jak turned up unconscious in the forest off of Eveny's family Vineyard.

Her and Rose dragged him back to the house to patch him up. And he half woke up, and this happened.

Eveny (15) - *bandaging a wound*

Jak (16) - *sort of wakes up most of the way*

Eveny - Uh... hi?

Jak - *delirious* Am... I... dead?

Eveny - No?

Jak - I don't think I'm supposed to see angels then?? *falls back unconscious*

Eveny - *turns bright red*

Rose:

And after that, Jak stayed at the Vineyard as a worker, and grew into a happy adult with Eveny where he got a job, built her a house, and proposed at the housewarming party.

They got married 6 months later, had a son, and then...

SAD SHIT

Then their son died (Spoilers if I tell you how or why)

They might have been fine after that

But then Eveny Died

Alkain: "What?! You're fuckin' boring!"

Kain: "C'mon, what is it?"

Marril: "There's not a word for it in this language."

Jak: "Is there alcohol in it?"

Marril: "No."

Kain: "WHAT?!"

Marril: "I'm literally physically incapable of drinking."

Jak: "..."

Marril: "Trust me I've tried."

Kain: "Okay, do ya even know what any alcohol drinks taste like?"

Marril: "No... I tried one, once, but the curse won't let me, and I don't remember what it tasted like."

Health - 8 Strength - 5 Speed - 10 Armor - 2 Cunning - 6

Special attack: (Spiteful Revenge) - When he is hit enough to take more than 3/4 of his health, he goes into a single-turn frenzy where he gains armor, strength, and speed enough to deal half the damage you just dealt him on top of his own attack

Weaknesses: Hand-to-hand or melee combat, open battlefields, often thinks on the spot instead of planning ahead

Idle Animation: Ronan will pace back and forth in a tense, crouched stance, with his hands held up in front of him like claws or hovering near his weapons. When outside of combat, his idle animation is sitting with his legs crossed stoking a bonfire

Mangrove

Health - 7 Strength - 6 Speed - 10 Armor - 1 Cunning - 8

Special Attack: (Luck) - Once a battle, if he does not have a status effect, Mangrove may manipulate your luck. This produces a status effect called Unlucky where you will miss 50% of your strikes or very very rarely lose your grip on your weapon, giving him an extra turn

Weaknesses: Ranged attacks, fire, and mental attacks, if insulted he will waste a turn trying to defend himself

Idle animation: Mangrove will stand with his legs crossed and tail flicking back and forth, or if sitting, will crouch like a bird perching on a branch. He may occasionally tip his hat, fix his hair, or perform a card trick

Phenik

Health - 8 Strength - 9 Speed - 4 Armor - 7 Cunning - 2

Special attack: (Constrict) - If his opponent is inflicted with a distracting status effect or at low health, Phenik can use the snake half of his body to coil around them like a snake may squeeze its prey. This will deal damage in accordance to your character's armor

Weaknesses: Appeals to his morals, kind words, ranged combat, cute puppies

Idle animation: Phenik will sit coiled up in a ball next to his friends, or around a tree stump, log, or other such object, drinking tea, and will occasionally laugh, wave enthusiastically, or offer you some sort of gift like a rock or feather

Jakkon

Health - 5 Strength - 4 Speed - 4 Armor - 5 Cunning - 10

Special attack: (Sweet-talk) - Every other turn Jakkon can either choose to attack or defend with this ability, using it on his teammates he can help them reduce the time of mental or emotional status effects, but if he uses it on an opponent, they have a 70% chance to skip their next turn and a 10% chance for them to deal four points of damage to one of their companions at random

Weaknesses: Extremely vulnerable to poison, Not very good at physical combat, Has a rare chance to simply refuse to help his teammates

Idle animation: Jakkon will stand off to the side or leaning against something, usually tapping his hoof against whatever ground he is standing on, with his arms crossed. He will occasionally narrow his eyes, say something snippy, drink something (Can be tea, coffee, ect. - random chance), or shake his head as if disappointed

Fye

Health - 4 Strength - 3 Speed - 6 Armor - 5 Cunning - 6

Special attack: (Fatigue) - This move comes in two variations. Once every turn, Fye can pluck a flower from her hair and place it under her opponent's nose, giving them the: 'woozy' status effect that lasts one turn, meaning they will have a +10% chance to miss their next attack. But once every battle if she charges it up, Fye may send a huge burst of vines and flowers toward her target which will give them the: 'paralyzed' status effect meaning their speed and defense will lower by 40% for the duration of the status effect

Weaknesses: Physical fighting, Mental attacks

Idle Animation: Fye will stand with one leg bent, playing with the flowers in her hair on a loop animation, she will occasionally put a hand on her hip, blow a kiss, or bloom the flowers on her head to twice their original size and make them glow

Um, how many WIPs am I working on? Too many.

But the main three I have Right now, are the one I'm editing to turn into an actual published book: TCOT, which I mainly post about on my main blog @the-ellia-west

The wip this blog is literally made for. J&R, also Known as Jakkon and Rose because I can't come up with a title and I'm not planning on publishing this either way

Then, the third and final one, StF, Stereotypical Fantasy. It'd exactly what it sounds like, stereotypical child fantasy but aged up and allowed to swear
